Responsibilities
Reporting to Senior Development Manager, the Graduate Surveyor will support the Commercial Team across the offices as required.
The Graduate Surveyor will support the team in the delivery of large and small property projects across a range of sectors throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of development strategy reports and project briefs.
- Assisting in the preparation of feasibility, project appraisal and validation reports.
- Assisting in invoice payments and updating budgets.
- Researching and undertaking due diligence on initial opportunities.
- Obtaining design consultant and legal quotes.
- Supporting the team in producing meeting agendas and minutes
- Undertaking further tasks as reasonably required by management within the overall remit of this role.
Qualifications Required
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent)
- 3 A Levels – Pass
- Real Estate related degree qualification or relevant and demonstrable practical experience
- Full Driving License

Essential

Desirable
- Proven experience of working at administrative level in the property profession in either the public or private sector, preferably within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of pipeline management and prioritisation of workload.
- Demonstratable experience in writing business case and feasibility reports.
- Full Driving License
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Essential
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with various external parties.
- Understanding of key milestones in property sale and development transactions.
- Understanding of how development and investment appraisals are created on Argus.
- Understanding of how to research comparable transactions.
Desirable
- Understanding of how property can support regeneration in local communities.
