Public Sector Plc grows development team
Public Sector Plc has appointed Simone Marshall as Development Manager for the Southern Region as it expands its London based development team.
A highly experienced investment and development surveyor, Simone joins Public Sector Plc from Colliers International where much of her experience has been working with a diverse client base to help realise a broad range of investment opportunities throughout the UK.
With over 8 years’ experience Simone brings to the team extensive expertise in the healthcare real estate market including specialist knowledge in primary care, retirement living/extra care and care home assets. Simone has worked with some of the UK’s largest healthcare providers such as Bupa and the NHS to help deliver strategic asset management, and specialist investor REITs to help identify and progress value enhancing initiatives to protect and optimise investor returns. More recently she has worked with new and emerging retirement operators/developers in sourcing funding solutions for individual sites and long-term business ventures.
