Public Sector Plc grows PRS housing team
Public Sector Plc has appointed Sally Lloyd as Technical and Commercial Manager as it expands its PRS housing team.
A highly experienced project manager, Sally joins Public Sector Plc from Capita Infrastructure and Property, where she worked as Operations Director on a £600 million housing and mixed-use regeneration in London as well as project management roles for development projects for Genesis Housing Association and the Ministry of Defence.
To date, Public Sector Plc has local authority Partnerships with 22 councils across England leading to an investment of more than £374 million in new construction projects, including the development of more than 2,300 new homes.
A RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor, Sally has worked for some of the biggest names in property including Crest Nicholson, Gleeds, Bovis Lendlease and Land Securities during a career spanning more than 21 years.
Based in the London office Sally will oversee the delivery of Public Sector Plc’s housing development through its numerous Partnerships across the country.
