Public Sector Plc is delighted to announce, the appointment of  Zile Vuma as the new Financial Controller.

Zile joins Public Sector Plc from Lasalle Investment Management, where she was a Senior Fund Controller, responsible for managing the financial controls and investment reporting for a portfolio of funds investing in direct real estate assets.

Prior to that, Zile was a Fund Accounting Manager at Legal and General Investment Management Service where she managed the financial and investment reporting for a range of specialist property funds investing directly in industrial, office and retail assets. During her time at Legal and General Zile was also involved in setting up the reporting structure for their first Build to Rent fund.

Public Sector Plc is a specialist UK strategic asset manager, creating commercial partnerships with local authorities and other public sector bodies to add value to land and property assets by bringing resources, innovative funding solutions and end-to-end delivery services.

With over 13 years’ experience in accountancy,  including 10 years of property finance experience, Zile will be bringing strong financial control and reporting skills as well as excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills to Public Sector Plc

In her new role, Zile will work with finance team led by CFO, Mark Ewing.
