We’re excited to introduce you to the newest member of the Public Sector Plc team, Stewart Heard who joined the business in February as a Development Manager.
Stewart has nearly a decade of varied experience in the real estate industry – starting out in architecture before moving into project and then development management. With experience working both consultant and client-side working for companies such as Lendlease and Cityscape Digital, Stewart has a solid understanding of the development process from every angle.
At Public Sector Plc, Stewart will work on our partnership projects, supporting Commercial Director, Leena Gillespie, and the wider team: ‘It’s great to have Stewart on board. His experience in delivering multi-use projects through the planning and development process adds further depth to the team, supporting our vision to create a multi-skilled team. We’re a growing team and each new hire will be play a role in working with our public sector partners to deliver a broad range of projects including land and property disposals, housing developments, regeneration schemes, as well as retail and mixed-use projects.
